  2. Why do we have to arrive 15 minutes early?
We start all spa appointments on time. There may be paperwork to fill out for some of our treatments. The salt cave starts on the hour and we do not interrupt a session once it begins. With the number of people going into the cave, it is extremely important that we keep on schedule.
  3. What your Cancellation Policy?
Sessions are reserved for you and a 24 hour advance notice is required to cancel any service with no charge.
